Full Refund offered up to 12 Hours before booking, if within 12hrs;
Fully Flexible transfer to alternative dates with no additional charges is offered.
Fees wont be deducted from your method of payment until your appointment is reconfirmed via text /email.
Alternatively cash is accepted on the day.
